Editorial & Disclosure
Last updated: April 30, 2026
LegalTech Conferences is operated by Global Cyber Institute, a U.S. 501(c)(3) non-profit. The disclaimers below describe what the Directory is, what it isn't, and how paid placement is handled.
Not legal advice
Information on this Directory is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Reading the site, contacting an organizer, or attending a listed event does not create an attorney-client relationship. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
Accuracy of listings
Conference details (dates, location, format, speakers, pricing, CLE accreditation) are provided by event organizers or compiled from public sources. We make reasonable efforts to verify and update listings but cannot guarantee accuracy. Always confirm details with the official event website before registering, traveling, or relying on CLE credit.
If you spot an error, please email corrections@legaltechconference.com and we will investigate within two business days.
CLE credit disclaimer
CLE (Continuing Legal Education) accreditation varies by jurisdiction. Listings may indicate that an event offers CLE credit, but the number, type, and acceptance of credits depends on each state, province, or country's rules. Verify CLE eligibility directly with the issuing body (e.g., your state bar) before assuming credit will count toward your requirements.
Paid placement disclosure
We offer three listing tiers:
- Free — basic listing, no payment.
- Featured — $99/year — paid placement on the home page and at the top of practice-area pages.
- Premium — $249/year — Featured benefits plus inclusion in our monthly digest, listing analytics, and lead capture.
Listings marked “Featured” or “Premium” receive promotional placement that does not imply editorial endorsement. Featured and Premium status is identified visually on each listing card.
Editorial independence
Editorial decisions — which events appear in our digest, how practice areas are organized, what filters we offer, what we write in editorial guides — are made independently of paid-listing revenue. Paid tiers buy promotional placement only; they do not buy coverage, ranking adjustments outside the specified placements, or inclusion in editorial round-ups.
Affiliate & partnership disclosure
We may participate in affiliate programs from time to time (e.g., receiving a commission when a reader registers for a partner event). Where applicable, affiliate links will be disclosed on the listing and in any editorial content. Affiliate revenue, like listing fees, is reinvested in directory operations and Global Cyber Institute's educational programs.
Third-party content
The Directory may link to third-party websites (event sites, sponsors, news articles). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites. Inclusion of a link is not an endorsement.
No warranty
The Directory is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Cyber Institute disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
501(c)(3) status
Global Cyber Institute is recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law; consult your tax advisor.
